The Free Website Migration service is available to customers who purchase any of our shared hosting plans and our Business Smart One Plans. Users of other services can purchase a site migration from us during checkout.

1.2 Order Requirement #

The free migration service must be requested at the time of ordering your website hosting plan to qualify.

2. Migration Details #

2.1 Like-for-Like Transfers #

The offer covers like-for-like transfers, entailing migration from the same platform as the original website. This includes necessary web optimization efforts.

2.2 Domain and Email Transfers #

Domain and email migration services are included, provided the equivalent service is purchased through Hipposerve.

2.3 Exclusions #

The Free Migration service does not cover any modifications to the design or content of the website. For design services, please contact our support team for a quotation.

3. Compatibility and Additional Charges #

3.1 Platform Compatibility #

Some hosting providers use proprietary platforms that may not be directly compatible with our systems. We offer a close match conversion service for such instances, subject to additional charges.

3.2 Release Fees #

Any release fees charged by your current hosting provider for data and database migration are not covered by Hipposerve Digital Services Limited.

4. Limitations and Charges #

4.1 One Free Migration #

Each purchased hosting plan is eligible for one free migration. Additional migrations can be performed at a cost of £69.99 per transfer, excluding VAT.

4.2 Offer Expiry #

The Free Migration Offer is valid for 30 days from the date of your initial hosting order. Beyond this period, standard migration fees will apply.

5. General Terms #

5.1 Acceptance of Terms #

Utilization of the Free Website Migration service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.2 Modification of Terms #

Hipposerve Digital Services Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the Free Website Migration service following any such modifications signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

5.3 Liability #

Hipposerve Digital Services Limited shall not be liable for any costs or fees imposed by third parties in connection with the migration of your website, domain, or email services.
