We provide a complimentary basic SSL certificate, powered by Let’s Encrypt, to customers subscribing to all hosting plans that use the Hippo Panel interface

1.2 Third-Party Provision #

The Free SSL certificate is a product provided by a third-party, Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL. The provision and maintenance of the SSL certificate are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL.

2. Third-Party Disclaimer #

2.1 No Representations or Warranties #

We do not make any representations or warranties concerning the quality, availability, or timeliness of goods or services provided by Let’s Encrypt, or ZeroSSL any other third-party provider.

2.2 Liability #

We shall not be liable for any issues arising from the use, performance, or availability of the SSL certificate provided by Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL.

2.3 Risk #

All transactions or interactions with Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL or other third-party providers are undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

2.4 Non-Affiliation #

We are not an agent, representative, trustee, or fiduciary of the customer or any third-party provider, including Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL, in any transaction.

3. Customer Acknowledgment #

3.1 Acceptance of Terms #

By utilizing the Free SSL Certificate offer, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined herein.

3.2 Third-Party Terms #

Customers also acknowledge that the use of the Free SSL Certificate may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL.

3.3 Information Accuracy #

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any information provided to or required by Let’s Encrypt, ZeroSSL or any third-party provider.

4. General Terms #

4.1 Availability #

This offer is available to both new and existing customers of US

4.2 Modification of Terms #

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Free SSL Certificate after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
