Do I need to transfer my domain to you?
No, but we recommend it for more efficient support.

Do you accept direct debit?
Yes, we accept a range of payment options, debit and credit cards, direct debit, and even Bitcoin!

Can I use my own site builder?
You can use any downloadable site builder you want.

Do you offer your own site builder?
We do! And we’ll build a close-match conversion of your existing website in our own site builder from £199+VAT.

What payment plans do you offer?
We offer monthly, triennial, and annual payment plans.

Do you offer discounts to charities?
Yes we do! Get in touch and let’s get your website sorted.

Do you work with web designers?
Yes, we offer a discounted service to web designers. Please check out our Web Designers Club page for more information.

Do you send quotes on hosting prices?
We keep our pricing up front, but if you’re looking for a more bespoke option, get in touch, and we can get a quote sorted for you.

What’s with the hippo?
His name’s Harry the Hippo! And we’ve got a whole blog about that, but long story short, our MD’s daughter designed the characters and they became the perfect mascot.
