1. Offer Eligibility and Scope #

1.1 Eligible Hosting Plans #

The Free Hippo Pro Email offer is provided to all customers upon signing up for any Shared Hippo Hosting plan. This complimentary service is valid for one year from the initial web hosting signup date.

1.2 Limitation on Mailboxes #

The number of free email mailboxes is capped according to the quota specified in the selected hosting plan. Requests for additional email mailboxes beyond this quota will incur charges at our standard rate.

2. Pricing and Renewal #

2.1 Renewal Pricing #

Following the one-year anniversary of the web hosting signup, the Hippo Pro Email service will automatically renew at the standard published fee. The renewal fee will be charged per mailbox, per month, or per the customer’s preferred billing period, based on the number of mailboxes selected at the time of initial order.

2.2 Exclusions #

Enhanced mailboxes, specifically Hippo Pro Email Enhanced and Hippo Pro Email Enhanced +, are not included in this free offer and are subject to their respective standard pricing.

3. Customer Restrictions and Requirements #

3.1 New Customer Eligibility #

This promotional offer is exclusively available to new customers. Members of the Website Design Club are not eligible for this offer, however this product is included as one of the products in their 50% offer.

3.2 Selection of Free Mailboxes #

Customers must select the desired number of free email mailboxes at the time of their web hosting order. Any mailboxes added after the initial order will be billed at the standard rate, regardless of whether the initial free quota has not been fully utilized.

4. General Terms #

4.1 Offer Availability #

This Free Hippo Pro Email offer is available subject to terms and conditions herein and may be modified or discontinued by Hipposerve Digital Services Limited at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Acceptance of Terms #

By utilizing the Free Hippo Pro Email service, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

4.3 Modification of Terms #

Hipposerve Digital Services Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the Hippo Pro Email service after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
