1. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling Off Period) #

All contracts, including those with an initial 12-month commitment due to a special offer, are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the contract start date. During this period, clients have the right to cancel their contract without financial penalty. Please be aware that we are legally entitled to charge for the services provided up to the date of cancellation.  Consequently, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for any payments made, minus any direct costs incurred by the company as outlined in the refunds section.

2. Standard Refund Terms (After the first 14 Days of contract Formation or For Product Renewals) #

2.1 Cancellation of Existing Services #

2.1.1To ensure that you are not subject to additional charges, we strongly advise that you cancel any services prior to the renewal date. Please be aware that once a billing cycle has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds for any unused portions of the service. At our discretion, we may issue a credit to your account for the value of the remaining service for Annual and Triennial plans. This credit can be applied towards future services with Hipposerve.

2.1.2 In cases where we, at our sole discretion, decide to accept a cancellation notice received after the stipulated deadline, an administration fee may be applied to any refund issued.

2.2 Products with Special Refund Terms #

Certain products may have specific terms regarding refunds that supersede the standard refund terms. These special terms will be clearly communicated and will specify the conditions under which full refunds are available.

2.3 Process for Requesting Refunds #

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. All refund requests must be made in compliance with the refund periods outlined in our policy.

2.4 Refund Method #

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Non-statutory refunds will be issued as a credit on your account.

2.5 Exceptions to Refund Policy #

Please be advised that our refund policy is not applicable to certain products and services designated as non-refundable. This designation is clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Among these non-refundable offerings are all domain name registrations. We encourage you to review the refund policy details prior to completing any purchase.

2.6 Statutory Rights #

Nothing in this refund policy will limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer.
