15.2 The free domain registration applies for the following TLDs only: .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .eu, .co.uk, .uk, .al, .me, .mk, .ro, .rs, .si, .org.uk, .me.uk, .plc.uk, .ltd.uk, .wales, .cymru, .com.al. , .net.al, .org.al. All other TLDs will be charged at their standard price.
15.3 The free domain is valid for one year. After this time, it will renew at the standard price.
15.4 Unless otherwise stated, the delivery address will be assumed to be the same as the registered address on the account.
15.5 This toy is not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.
All discounts are a special introductory offer available to new customers only. Any offer is valid for the initial purchase term only. Savings quoted are related to the standard Monthly Pricing. Pricing will revert to the published amount for each payment period at the end of this term. Existing customers will be offered additional offers and incentives from time to time.

Contracts are based on the initial payment term chosen, so either monthly, annually or triennially. You can cancel the contract before the end of the term, but you will not be eligible for a refund.
Renewal is automatic. If you do not wish to renew automatically, you can switch this off or cancel your renewal completely by logging into your customer account, or by contacting our Hippo Helper team at help.hipposerve.co.uk.

This competition is being run by Hipposerve, who reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 1st May 2023, and a winner will be randomly selected and notified. Should the winner choose not to accept the prize for any reason, another name will be drawn. All entrants must be from the UK and over the age of 18. This prize cannot be exchanged for cash and Hipposerve reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. The winner agrees to release their first name and provide a picture of their ‘Harry the Hippo’ to be used on social media for promotion.
