Upgrading Your Hippo Builder Package

Introduction

Hippo Builder allows you to create professional websites in just a few minutes, completely Hassle Free. Over time, you may find that you outgrow a particular plan or package and wish to upgrade. Upgrading Your Hippo Builder Package can be achieved by completing the steps below.

Login

• Go to the Hippo Portal by following this link: https://sales.hipposerve.co.uk/
• Login to the Hippo Portal

Select the Correct Service

• Go to the Services menu and click on My Services
• Select the Hippo Website Builder service that you would like to edit
• Click on the Manage  button

Go to the Site Builder Panel

• Scroll down to the site builder panel.

• Click on the upgrade button

Choose Your New Product/Plan

• Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to.
• Select the billing period you require (monthly, annually, triennially)

Complete the Checkout Process

• Check the details before you proceed.
• Click the checkout button.

Package Setup

• Your new package will be set up, and you will be able to access this in your customer portal with the new paid features enabled.
