Upgrading Your Hippo Builder package from a FREE account

Introduction

The Hippo Builder FREE account is a great way to see what the software does. However, you will probably find you are soon wanting to publish your work, or access all the features. This guide shows you how to upgrade to one of our standard Hippo Builder plans.

Login

• Go to the Hippo Portal by following this link: https://sales.hipposerve.co.uk/
• Login to the Hippo Portal

Select the Correct Service

• Go to the Services menu and click on My Services
• Select the Hippo Website Builder service that you would like to edit
• Click on the Manage Service icon

Go to Upgrade/Downgrade

• Click on the upgrade/downgrade icon.

Upgrade Your Free Trial

• There is only one option to choose from. All you need to do is to decide if you plan to pay monthly, every year or every 3 years. You can only use your discount code on 1 or 3 year plans.
• When You have selected, click “Choose Product”.

Start the Upgrade Process

• Check the details before you proceed. You will not be charged anything at this stage, in the next step you will choose your package options.
• If you have a PromoCode, do not use it here, save that for the next step.
• Click the continue button.

Set Up Package

• Once the order is confirmed, “continue to the client area”.
• Go to the Services menu and click on My Services
• Select the Hippo Website Builder service that has now been upgraded.
• Click on the Manage Service icon

Go to Addons

• Click on the Add-ons icon.

Access the Upgrades

• Find the Hippo Builder Add-on.
• Click on the Upgrade button.

Choose Your Upgrade

• Select a Hippo Builder plan from the options available.
• If you are upgrading from a FREE product, you will have been sent some discount codes in your welcome email. If you use these on either the 1 Year or 3 Year plans, you will be able to save.
• Select your plan to proceed to checkout
• Be sure to enter the discount code during the checkout.

Important Note: If you do not select a package within 7 days, your account will automatically set to the Website Landing plan at £5.99. If we are unable to take payment, then the service will be cancelled.
