Introduction
After you upgrade from the Free Hippo Builder Trial, to our paid account, you still need to add a Builder Package, in order to publish your webpage. These instructions guide you through the process.
Please note, if you have already completed all the steps in article “Upgrading your Hippo Builder package from a FREE Account”, then you will have already added your Hippo Builder plan, and you can get designing. There is no need to go any further.
Login
- Go to the Hippo Portal by following this link: https://sales.hipposerve.co.uk/
- Login to the Hippo Portal
Select the Correct Service
- Go to the Services menu and click on My Services
- Select the Hippo Website Builder service that you would like to edit
- Click on the Manage Service icon
Go to Addons
- Click on the Add-ons icon.
Access the Upgrades
- Find the Hippo Builder Add-on.
- Click on the Upgrade button.
Choose Your Upgrade
- Choose a Hippo Builder plan from the options available.
- If you are upgrading from a FREE product you will have been sent some discount codes in your welcome email. If you use these on either the 1 Year or 3 Year plans you will be able to save.
- Select your plan to proceed to checkout
- Be sure to enter the discount code during the checkout.
Important Note: If you do not select a package within 7 days, your account will automatically set to the Website Landing plan at £5.99. If we are unable to take payment, then the service will be cancelled.
